Taylor Lautner Workout and Calorie Diet


If you have already seen New Moon then you would see how remarkably different Taylor’s body is. Many are curious how he got the body to die for. He revealed full muscles of a grown man but he’s only 16 years old. True enough, he did transform like “Jacob Black” in the book New Moon by Stephenie Meyer. Jacob is expected to grow mature faster from Twilight into New Moon. There were controversies before they shot the New Moon movie that Taylor would be replaced by someone else because they need a bigger-body, full-grown man for Jacob in the New Moon. Fan’s of Taylor opposed and they decided to cast him still in New Moon the movie. That’s when Jacob went into his 3,200 calorie a day diet.

Taylor had to bring food with him always because he had to eat every two hours. He ate lots of protein foods. Going to the gym was essential for his body building as well. Check out the Taylor Lautner pictures below. Him going to the gym and being on a diet is just a small sacrifice to achieve total Hollywood stardom. His name is now more popular than that of Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) on search engines. His name is on fire!
