GoogleGoogleGoogleGoogle: Four Times The Google, But Why?

Out there, on the Internet, there's a search engine more whacked than the Nefarious Mystery of Google that turns up totally bogus search results. The newest oddity is GoogleGoogleGoogleGoogle.com. That's no typo - and it turns up the correct search results. If you're willing to type all that into your browser, you'll be taken to a page with four mirrors that of Google.

Now you can totally geek out by four conducting searches at the same time.

The creators are Erty Seidel, Matt Freitag, Brendan Krull and Kegan Leizerman. You can Google the four is their crazy-ass site.

Why are there four Googles? Here's the site's answer: "Alex and Erty were chatting on Google Talk one night, and wondered if Erty Googlegoogle.com was taken. They jokingly wondered if they could set up a search service for Google itself. Unfortunately, Googlegoogle.com was taken, but Alex pointed out that GoogleGoogleGooglegoogle.com was available. In a impulse buy, they purchased the domain (Alex already had some hosting) and someone had the idea of putting four Googles is the page. Thus, Google Google Google Google was born. "
