It was makeover week is "The Biggest Loser" or sweet we should call it the catch-up week since some of the contestants were finally given a chance to have their wardrobe, hair and make-up catch-up with their new, emerging bodies.
First and foremost was Liz, with her yellow-tipped gray hair and Rudy with his low-fro and bushy beard. The latter was the most dramatic because you could see how young Rudy looked without all that fuzz and a nice, clean-cut doo.
Rebecca was stunning with her new pixie haircut and amber highlights - a style she did not think she could pull off "Because she had a" round face. " But celebrity hair stylist Tabatha Coffey reminded her that she no longer has a round face and it was time to embrace the changes to her body.
After everyone was cleaned-up and dressed-up, they were asked to Give inspirational speeches in front of 300 people. The show had a little extra surprise before each person went on stage, having their families cheer them on and help alleviate their jitters.
